Resolved

Friday 12/16 at 2pm - Monday 12/18 at 10:40am PST, Sellbrite was operating at a degraded state due to a web server issue. This impacted site performance for a small subset of customers. Problem has been resolved as of 10:40am PST on 12/18 after a brief outage from 10:29am-10:40am PST. Health checks have been put in place to prevent this in the future.
